Christine is an honorary Visiting Research Fellow with the  Department of Asian Studies, School of Social Sciences, University of Adelaide, where she focuses full-time on her research and writing. She is a member of the South Australian Editors’ Association and the South Australian Writers’ Association. Christine lives with her husband at the seaside suburb of Glenelg. She has two adult sons and their families whom she regularly visits in Sydney and Brisbane. Christine continues

to travel to Indonesia to pursue her passion for research and writing and learning about Indonesia’s fascinating history and culture.
