Then he explains the benefits given to the employees, such as employee loan, retirement, development allowance and many more. Finally, he shows the kinds of training which are intended to develop the employees capabilty and profesionalism. Such elaborate and detailed steps of human resources policies and prosedures are unlikely provided by other books in the same field.
